TrspCheck App
Overview
TrspCheck is an iOS application for managing vehicle inspections and compliance documentation. The app is designed for commercial fleet management.
Data We Collect
When you use TrspCheck, the following data is collected and stored:
Account Information:
- Username and password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication)
- Anonymous user identifier (UID) generated by Firebase
Vehicle Data:
- License plate numbers (Kennzeichen)
- Vehicle type classifications (e.g., LKW, PKW, Bus, Anhänger)
- Optional notes and remarks
- Vehicle location assignments
- Timestamp of creation
Inspection Records (Prüfungen):
- Inspection type (ADR, TMP/AU, SP, FL, UVV)
- Inspection dates and expiration dates
- Calculation method (manual or auto-calculated)
Optional Media:
- Vehicle photos (stored in Firebase Cloud Storage)
Device Data:
- Push notification tokens (for expiration reminders)
- Local app preferences (stored via UserDefaults)
How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate users and secure access to the app
- To manage vehicle inspection records and track expiration dates
- To send local push notifications reminding you of upcoming inspections (14 days prior to expiration)
- To synchronize data across devices via Firebase

- All data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore database and Cloud Storage)
- Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication with industry-standard encryption
- Passwords are never stored in plain text
- Data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
